Go to Celadon City, go to the hotel and go where the pc used to be. Press A and the pc should pop out.

99 level ups (moon stones) or 99 master balls - PS2
To get 99 level ups, go to Cannibar Island. Save one of your level up (or moon stones as their called) and put it in so it's your 6th item on your list. Surf up and down the island. You'll encounter a weird pokemon that looks like an L. Beat him and you will receive 99 level ups. Do the same thing if you want 99 master balls. (WARNING: Do not catch the L shapped Pokemon or it could mess up your game! You've been warned!)

Infinite Items
Go to Viridian City and talk to the man who teaches you how to catch pokemon. Let him teach you how to catch pokemon. Then fly down to Cinnabar Island and
surf on the East side of the island. Then Mishing No. will apear.Run or battle it,and whatever was in the sixth
slot in your items has alot of them.

Get Pokeman On L 100
I came accross this cheat while I was trying to duplicate some of my items...
First you fly directly to Cinnabar Island. You might want to put your strongest pokemon in front. You might want to save now. *just incase!* Then you surf on the shore right where the land touches water (the dark line at the edge of the shore). Keep Surfing up and down until you run into one of these strong pokemon. These pokemon are well above level 100. I suggest capturing them using a Master Ball. But they will revert back to level 100 if they gain any experience (exp) points, sorry. Rare Candy is the only thing that raises their level. **This is a glitch which means it'a not supposed to happen, so it may not work in the newer versions and could end up messing up your game.
It's cool! I got a Aerodactyl and a Worturtle from this.

Only for blue catch a bulbasaur in cinnabar island if you got charmander
When you learn to fly,go to the guy in viridian city who teaches you how to catch pokemon. whan he asks you if your in a hurry say Yes, then ask him again and say NO.When he's finish go to cinnabar go to the edge of the island on the write and use surf, surf up and down the line of the edge of the island. kepp dowing it and you'll be sure to find a level 137 bulbasaur, just remmember you could only get the bulbasaur if you started out with charmander and you could only get the bulbasaur if you got blue version

Cloning item
TALK TO THE GUY AT VERDIAN THT SAYS U WANT ME TO SHOW U HOW TO CAPTURE POKEMON.SAY YES.FLY TO CINNABAR SURF UP AND DOWN AND THE SHORE OF CINNABAR.IF U FIND A POKEMON HIGHER THAN LEVEL 100 U CAN CATCH IT THIS WILL NOT MESS UP UR GAME. BUT IF U FIND A POKEMON THT LOOKS LIKE A RECTANGLE GREAN COLORED NMD MISINGO DO NOT CATCH HIM DOING SO WILL ERASE OR MESS UP UR GAME. DEFEAT HIM AND UR SIX ITEM WILL HAVE A WEIRD SIGN NEXT TO IT.THT MEANS ITS CLONED IT CAN BE USED MANY TIMES SOOOO WHEN IT IS NORMAL THEN DO THT CODE AGAIN.

O n how to know what you can do with the badges
I've found this out myself.
go to Vidarane City or whatever,and go to the man that asks you if you want him to explain the badges,say YES.
OR
Beat a gym teacher and him/her will tell you what you can do with them!
Hint:if you don't know how to use CUT go to the S.S.ANES and go to where the guy is sea sick,rub his back,and he will teach you how to use CUT or give you some thing called a HM01
