Fizzed-out-guards Stand where you think a guard might "suspect" something and when a blue exclamanition point comes out of his head, shoot it with your gun (if it's a SOCOM make sure it has a silencer) and shoot the exclamination point (you have to do it quick.) When you do, bubbles will come out of the guards head and he will be fizzed-out for a while. He will return to normal quicker than he would tranquilzered.
