This cheat is for if you are going after karen as a wife. What you need is your dog and nothing else. Take your dog to the bar where karen works. Keep talking to her over and over. Stop after you have talked to her about 100 times and take a break. Just keep doing this and you will see her heart meter slowly go from blank to pink.
